A little Bit About US
I qualified as a reflexologist over 20 years ago, and then did another year’s training in advanced reflex healing. Having worked on many clients with a wide range of disorders, I know how accurate reflexology can be in identifying stress points and helping the body to rebalance itself. This helps you to relax, sleep better and feel calmer.
Having been subjected to severe and prolonged stress on a number of occasions, I understand how debilitating it can be. And I also understand how to come through it, and become more resilient and healthier.
Stress Less Naturally has been set up as a result of my own journey, and my knowledge of the impact of stress on myself and others. We are here to provide the best quality holistic therapy and advice to help you to improve your wellbeing.
